An initial consultation entails a thorough review of your health history, current health concerns, diet, lifestyle, supplements and personal goals. We work together to create an individualized resiliency plan that works for you. Recommendations may include diet, lifestyle, herbal and/or dietary supplements, aromatherapy, flower essences, mindfulness practices and more, including advice on selecting, processing & storing your personal herbal allies in your garden.
During follow-up visits we evaluate your progress and adjust recommendations to your unique plan and herbal formula(s) as needed. Your needs will determine the frequency of visits. Generally, we recommend monthly follow-up visits for those with specific goals that require tracking. Some clients elect to visit seasonally to maintain and continue to grow resiliency through the year.
